Project Name : Construction of administrative and barracks buildings of Bangladesh Police stations in various places of the country
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The Tenderers must have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience of construction works.2. The minimum specific experience as a Contractor in Successful completion of a RCC building with pile foundation including civil, sanitary, electrification work with other ancillary work having a value not less than Tk.800.00 lakh in a single contract within last five years in Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 1000.00 lakh in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificates for contract in progress or completed under public sector during last 5 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover. (must be submitted in Form e-PW3-2/e-PW3-3).4. The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/ working capital/credit facilities (in the PW3-8 form without any alteration)) Tk.250.00 lakh. Other formats/documents are not acceptable.5.
