Project Name : Development of Selected Non-Government Secondary Schools.
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Up-to-date Valid trade license, Vat registration Certificate, Income tax Clearance Certificate, NID etcd) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 10000000.00 (One Crore) (If the liquid assets is a bank statement then the amount in the bank statement should remain till the next working day.)e) Having expirience in Successful completion of at least One (01) No similar nature work (Building work) amounting Tk. 28000000.00 (Two Crore Eighty Lakhs) within the last Five (05) years, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.f) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 40000000.00 (Four Crore) over the last Five (05) years.g) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be 30000000.00 (Three Crore)f) The bidder must submit all of the ongoing works and NOA's information under all PE's Organization as per the format of Section-7. (If any information is concealed, action will be taken against the bidder as per PPR-2008 Rules No-127.)g) Work done bill will be paid in accordence with fund availablity.h) Bidders will be non-responsive due to excessive front loading.i) Other criteria are stated in TDS & PCC
