Project Name : Construction/Extension of Academic Buildings to Selected Govt. & Non Govt. Educational Institutions.
Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Up to date Trade License, Tax clearance certificate, NID, VAT & TIN certificate.b) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk.60.00 Lacs (Sixty Lakhs) (In case of bank statement submitted by the tenderer, the tenderer shall instruct to the concerned bank authority to supply latest balance & statement as required by the Procuring Entity (PE) even at the period of evaluation.)c) Having experience in Successful completion of at least One (01) No similar nature work (Building work) amounting Tk. 8000000.00 ( Eighty Lacs) within the last Five (05) years, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.d) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 7000000.00 (Seventy Lacs) over the last Five (05) years.e) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk.9000000.00 (Ninety Lakhs)f) Work done bill will be paid in accordence with fund availablity.g) Bidders will be non-responsive due to excessive front loading.h) Other criteria are stated in TDS & PCC.
