Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The Tenderer have to have-(A) The minimum number of years of general experience in the construction works shall be 5 (Five) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.(B) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in similar nature works of at least 1 (one) contract successfully completed in Government / Semi- Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 3 (three) years, with a value of at least Tk.17.00 Lakh (Taka Seventeen Lakh); years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.(C) The minimum average annual construction turnover of Tk. 35.00 Lakh (Taka Thirty Five Lakh) in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment Certificates for Construction Works in Progress or Completed under Public Sector during last 5 (Five) years must be submitted along with tender; Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.(D) The minimum amount of Liquid assets in form of working capital or credit facilities of Tk. 20.00 Lakh (Taka Twenty Lakh).
