Project Name : Constructions of 1560 residential flats to provide permanent housing to the families of the July Warriors who lost their working ability in the Anti-Discrimination Student Movement 2024 (GOB- Finance)
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 8 (Eight) years*.b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 1 (one) contract of similar nature works (B+10 storied building with single basement) completed within last 5 (Five) years* with a value of at least Tk 115.00 Crore (One Hundred and Fifteen point Zero Zero Crores) in Govt/Semi-Govt/Autonomous organization.c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years* of Tk 60.00 Crore (Sixty point Zero Zero Crore) in Govt/ Semi-Govt/ Autonomous organization. Tenderers shall submit payment certificates during last 5 years* with a year-wise list. Payment Certificates of JV works not supported by JV Agreement shall not be taken into consideration.d). The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities shall be Tk 15.00 Crore (Fifteen point Zero Zero Crores) and to be submitted from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in e-PW3-8 form.
