Project Name : Conservation of Slaughter Places and Construction of Monuments at Slaughter Places Created by the Pakistani Hanader Forces during Liberation War of 1971 (2nd Phase)
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : (A) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in ConstructionWorks as Prime Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.(B) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 01 (One) number of Specific works completed within the last 05 years (counted from the date of IFT) with a value of at least Tk. 100.00 Lakh under a single contract with Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. (C) The required average annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk. 150.00 Lakhover the last 03 years (counted from the date of IFT) in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization ofBangladesh.(D) The minimum Amount of free Fund (liquid assets) i.e. working capitals or credit facilitiesof the Tenderer shall be Tk. 150.00 Lakh. Document of Liquid Assets to be submittedalong with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date ofthe tender. Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be in the form of letter ofcommitment of Bank for line of credit to the Tenderer in favor of the work in PW2a-3form, otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected.
