Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below :1. Reputed Government approved Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 05 (five) years of general experience in Construction work of Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous bodies.2. Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 1(one) number of similar nature or Civil works worth not less than of Tk. 40 Lakh in a single work order in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years.3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 100.00 Lakh over the last 5 (five) years.4. The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital/credit facilities/creditline of the tenderer shall be TK. 40.00 Lakh only, supported by Bank certificate against the name of the work in the form of PW2a-3 (Line of Credit) only.5. Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate6.Tender Capacity TK.60.00 Lakh7. All other conditions as mentioned in (Section-2 & Section-4) of tender documents must be fulfilled.
