Eligibility of Tenderer : The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following documents:01). Valid trade license 2023-2024,02). Valid Vat registration certificate with Bin certificate (vat update challan will submit along the tender).03). Valid Tin certificate with Tax up to 2023-2024.04). Valid Import Registration Certificate (IRC)05). Certificate of Incorporation (If limited liability Concern)06). Bank statement certificate for last one years.07). Valid ISO 9001:2015, (Quality Management System).08). Must have Specific experience of min. 05 (Five) years.09). Must have General experience min. 10 (Ten) years.10). Audit Report for the last 05 (five) years.11) Valid BCS Membership Certificate.12). The Bidder must have specific experience certificate as tendered supply of Computer & Accessories at least 02 (two) contracts successfully completed within the last 02 (two) years with a value of minimumTk.90,00,000/- (Ninety lakh) in Government/Public University.13). Minimum 01 (One) experience certificate for the supply of minimum 10 (Ten) no-s minimum 86"(Eighty-Six inch.) Digital Smart Board in a single tender within the last 05 years of any Public University.14. Bank solvency with credit line minimumTk.90,00,000/- (Ninety lakh).15). The Bidder must have submitted a List of available Spare Parts required with a price list valid for 12 (twelve) months and should have a warranty of availability of spare parts up to 5(Five) years16).
