Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderer shall submit with its Tender, the following additional documents:1. Valid and updated Trade license / Certificate of Incorporation, TIN Certificate, Latest Income Tax Return, VAT Registration Certificate, and Bank solvency Certificate.2. at least 03 (Three) years of general experience;3. The minimum experience as a Prime Contractor in Specific Works of at least 1 (one) contract(s) completed in Government/semi-government/ autonomous organizations within the last 3 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 4.00 Lakh (Time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system) (Work Completion Certificate must be provided.)4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital, or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 4.50 Lakh. The document of Liquid Assets to be submitted with the tender must be issued between the publication date and the submission date of the tender. A Certificate of Unconditional Liquid Asset from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh must be in the form of a letter of commitment of the Bank for a line of credit to the Tenderer.5. The required average annual turnover shall be a minimum of Tk 4.70 Lakh over the last 3 years. (Time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system)
