Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 6 (Six) years of experience in the relevant business including an IT-based profession.The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (Five) years of experience in the supply of similar goods and related services.The Tenderer must have completed at least three (3) similar contracts within the last three (3) years in Government/Semi-Government organizations, Banks, Financial Institutions, Autonomous Bodies, or UGC-approved Universities, including at least two (2) global support and one (1) local support contracts; The tenderer shall submit technical specification compliance sheet along with reference datasheet.The tenderer shall have sales & service centers in nearest places as if after calling they can provide support within maximum 5 hours.Copy of Work orders & work completion certificate awarded in last 3 years.
