• Project Name : Development of Selected Non-Government Secondary Schools.
  Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
  Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Valid Trade License (Up to Date).2. VAT registration certificate (13 Digit). & Income tax clearance certificate UP to Date .3. The Minimum Specific Experience of Similar Nature of (Building) Works for the Tenderer shall be at least one number amounting Tk 6.00 Lac (Six Lac) in single tender in any Govt. / Semi-Govt. or Autonomous Organization within last 05 (five) Years.( Year Counting backward from the tender publication date).4. The required Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk. 6.00 Lac (Six lac) over the last 05 (five) Years. Total Amount 6 x 5=30 Lac (Thirty Lac) (years counting backwards from the Tender Publication Date)5. Tenderer Shall have minimum liquid asset i.e. working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be TK 8.00 Lac (Eight Lac) Credit facility of the tenderer shall be acceptable in the form of e-PW2a mentioning the name of single work i.e single Tender ID. Credit Committment Certificate containing multiple tender ID will not be accepted. (If the liquid asset is a bank statement then the amount in the bank statement should remain minimum two working day.) (Statement date shall be in between tender publishing and opening ).9. Work done bill will be paid in accordance with fund availablity.10. Satisfying other Criterions laid down in the TDS & PCC .11. If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected /included as per PPR-2008 and its amendment and no claim in this regards will be entertained
