  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1) The minimum years of general experience of the Tenderer in similar works shall be 03 (Three) years.2) Having experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1(one) number of similar nature works in a single contract during last 5 (five) years with a value of at least BDT 4.00 Lakh in any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.3. The tenderer shall have minimum average annual turnover during last 5 (five) financial years BDT 4.00 Lakh. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual turnover.4) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be BDT 4.00 Lakh. Letter of Commitment for Bank's Undertaking for Line of Credit as per form of Tender and Contract forms section must be submitted for this purpose.5) Tenderers shall submit with its tender the following additional documents:(a) Updated income tax clearance certificate.(b) Valid VAT registration certificate.(c) Updated Trade license.
