Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : (A) The minimum number of years of general experience in the construction works shall be 05 (five) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.(B) The minimum specific/General experience as a Prime Contractor in similar nature works (Good/Accessories supply) of at least 1(one) contract successfully completed in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 05(five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 3.00 Lac; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.(C) The minimum average annual construction turnover of Tk. 3.00 Lac in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment Certificates for Tenderer in Progress or Completed under Public Sector during last Five years must be submitted along with tender; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.(D) The minimum amount of Liquid assets in the form of working capital or credit facilities of Tk. 3.50 Lac. In case of Line of Credit, certificates must be unconditional and specified for this work only submitted in the prescribed Form of CPTU from any scheduled bank.(E) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 3.50 Lac(F) Up-to-date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate,(H) Sample must be approved by procuring entity before delivery of goods. If price quotation is inappropriate to estimated rate, PEcan take clarification from the tenderer.N.B. PE reserves right to cancel the tender any time without any reason.
