Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the constructionworks as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 03 years.3. The minimum specific experience in successfully completion of similar nature of works of at least 01 (one) contract successfully completed within the last 03 years in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh in standard work completion format attached in eTD., each with a value of at least BDT 7.00 Lakh.4.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT 10.00 Lakh in the last 3 years.5.The minimum amount of liquid assets shall be in the form of line of credit as mentioned in ePW2a-3 of the Tenderer shall be BDT 9.00 Lakh.6. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk 9.00 lakh7. The Tenderer must enclose with Tender :(i) Up-to-date Valid Trade License & VAT Registration Certificate(ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate(iv) Work program in Bar Chart(v) Only Payment Certificate will be considered for calculation of Avg Annual Construction Turnover.8.Special Terms and conditions (as uploaded in Section No-7) in mandatory for thetanderer.9. All other required qualifications of the tender are shown in the ITT, GCC & TDS and Tender doc.10.List of All On-going works must be submitted. Otherwise they will be treated as a non-responsive bidder
