Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : (a)The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as prime contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05(Five) years.(b)The minimum specific experience as a Prime contractor or subcontractor or Management Contractor in similar nature (Repair work of buildings) of at least 1(one) contract successfully completed in Government/semi-Government/Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 05(five) years,with a value of at least TK. 10.00 (Ten) Lac.(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 50.00(Fifty) Lac in the Last 5 (Five) years. In Support of average annual construction turnover,payment certificates for contracts in progress or complete under public sector during last 5(five) years must be submitted along with the tender. Other formats of documents are not acceptable.(d)The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 10.00 (Ten) Lac only to be issued in the format of Letter of Mommitment for Bank,s undertaking for line of credit(Form PW2a-3) from any scheduled bank without any alteration,and otherwise tenderer will be considered as non-responsive .(e)The intending tenderer must enclose VAT registration certificate, Up to date Income Tax certificate, up-to-date Trade license.f) The minimum Tender Capacity is Tk. 10.00 (Ten point Zero zero) ) Lac. Supporting information must be filled up as per enclosed form (list of ongoing works). All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.(g) According to circular no.156 of CPTU Contractor must submit the prework and post work photo & video of site and preserved in a file for supervision of superior officer.
