• Project Name : Retrofitting & Complete renovation, emergency repair, alteration and Maintenance work of all Specialized Hospital & Medical colleges and hospitals ,District hospitals, Nursing Institutes/colleges,Chest Disease Hospitals and other Residential Facilities/2022
  Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
  Eligibility of Tenderer : (1) Reputed contractors / construction firms who have minimum 3(three) years of general experience in construction works.(2) Having experience in successfully completion of at least 1(one) number of similar civil works not less than Tk. 5.00 lac only in a single work order in Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years.(3) The required average annual construction turn over must be greater than Tk. 7.00 lac only during last 5(five) years. Necessary supporting documents (Detail payment certificate) shall be issued by not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concern department and shall be submitted with the tender. Any estimated cost or contract value will not be considered to calculate Average Annual Construction Turnover.(4)The minimum amount of Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 7.00 lac only(5) The minimum amount of liquid assets of the successful Tenderer shall be Tk.10.00 Lac only to be issued in Letter of commitment for Bank-s Undertaking for the line of credit in the format as specified (Form e-PW2a-3)(6) The tenderer must possess Up-to-date trade license, income tax clearance certificate, Valid VAT registration certificate .
