Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1.Tenderer shall have minimum 5 (five) year of general experience in building Construction and repair works (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system).2.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in Works of at least 1 (one) contract(s) successfully completed in Government/ semi government/ autonomous organizations within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 16,00,000.00 (Sixteen Lakh) only.(time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system).3. The required average annual construction turns over must be greater than Tk. 30,00,000.00 (Thirty Lakh) only during last 5(five) years. Necessary supporting documents shall be submitted with the tender. Any estimated cost or contract value will not be considered to calculate Average Annual Construction Turnover. (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system).4. The tenderer must have a minimum amount of free funds (liquid Assets) /Credit facilities, working capital Tk. 12,50,000.00 (Twelve Lakh & Fifty Thousand) only. The proof of liquid asset must be submitted in PW2a-3 form or related document.5.
