Eligibility of Tenderer : (A) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in similar nature works of at least 1(one) contract successfully completed in Government / Semi-Government organization of Bangladesh within the last 05(five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 4.00 Lac; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.(B) The minimum average annual construction turnover of Tk. 3.00 Lac in the last 5 (Five) years.Payment Certificates for Tenderer in Progress or Completed under Public Sector during last Five years must be submitted along with tender; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.(C) The minimum amount of Liquid assets in form of working capital or credit facilities of Tk. 2.00 Lac. In case of Line of Credit, certificates must be unconditional and specified for this work only submitted in the prescribed Form of CPTU from any scheduled bank.(D) The minimum tender capacity shall be of Tk. 2.00 Lac.(E) Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate.(F) The tenderer must possess ABC/BC/C Category and Supervisory License issued from Electricity Licensing Board(G) All Other conditions as mentioned in TDS and PCC of Tender documents must be fulfilled.
