Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : (a) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Management Contractor Shall be 3 (Three) years.(b) Having experience as a Prime Contractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1(one) number similar type of Work for amount not less than Tk. 2.25 (Two point two five) lac in a single contract of Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization during last 3 (Three) years.(c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 3 (Three) financial years of Tk. 2.00 (Two) lac. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of construction turnover.(d) The minimum amount of credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 2.15 (Two point one five) lacin the form e-PW2a-8(Failing to submit in e-PW2a-8will make the tenderer non-responsive). Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.(e) The tenderer must have updated valid trade license.(f) The tenderer must have Updated income tax certificate from NRB.(g) The tenderer must have VAT registration certificate.(h) All other qualifications, Terms & Conditions described in Tender documents and Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
