Eligibility of Tenderer : All Tenderers who are enlisted in e-GP and full filled the terms and conditions are required:1. Valid Trade License, VAT Registration, Nationality Certificate.2.Valid TIN Certificate and latest income Tax payment Certificate must be submitted with the tender documents.3. Copy of valid Agency ship/Dealer ship certificate of PADMA/MEGHNA/JAMUNA Oil Company Ltd.4. Original Bank solvency certificate that will be within 06 months from tender publication date and stating that the tenderer is capable of investing Tk.27,00,000/- (Twenty seven Lac) at a time.5. The tenderer must have 9,000 Liter capacity 02 Nos. Oil Tank lorry.6. Updated Registration, Fitness, Rout permit, Tax Token, Insurance, Explosive lisence of Tank Lorry.7. Description of Equipments for the supply of HSD Oil from the Tank lorry to BIWTC vessels at Aricha-Kazirhat.8. The vessel which will be engaged in supply of fuel at BIWTC's vessels at Aricha-Kazirhat sector that will be visited by TEC/TSC.9. The Tenderer shall have to carry and supply HSD oil as per indent of Convener of fuel receiving committee, BIWTC, Aricha-Kazirhat.10. The carrying contractor has to capable of carrying and supply fuel at anytime and any situation according to the demand.11. Flow meter Approved from BSTI.12.Tank Lorry calibaration from BSTI.13. Successful Tenderer must be submitted in the form of Bank Guarante amount of 20 Lakh for additional security of fuel. After completion of contract the shall be return to the carrying contractor.
