- Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The ILO requires an external collaborator to carry out comprehensive copy editing and proofreading of the Gender Pay Gap Report for Bangladesh. The assignment involves reviewing approximately 60 pages of analytical and narrative content to ensure improved clarity, coherence, and structure, as well as alignment with relevant ILO standards, including Conventions 100 and 131. The collaborator will ensure consistency between narrative text, statistical data, tables, and figures; enhance the logical flow and readability of the report; and strengthen the technical accuracy and political sensitivity of the content. The work will also require incorporating feedback from related ILO Specialists and the Consultant of the study. The final deliverable will be a fully edited and proofread report suitable for national dissemination.
