  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The eligibility criteria of the tenderer are as below but not limited to:(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be five (5) years, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least one contract of similar nature successfully completed within the last 10 years with a value of at least Tk. 28.00 crore (Taka twenty eight Crore), years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.(c) The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 55.00 crore (Taka fifty five crore) over the best 3 years in the last 5 financial years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper(d) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 17.00 Crore (Taka seventeen crore)(e) The minimum tender capacity shall be: Tk. 38.00 Crore (Taka thirty eight Crore)More detailed qualifica...
