BEZA intends to engage a qualified IT consulting firm for end-to-end support, operations, and enhancement of this OSS platform, including 24/7 application support, corrective and adaptive maintenance of all OSS modules and integrated services (e.g. Commercial Operation, Import/Export Permits, Investment Clearance, Land Use Plan and Land Management, Occupancy, Royalty and other fee-related services, Trade License and renewal, Visa assistance and recommendation, Work Permit and cancellation, Building and Project related approvals, environmental and security clearances, pre-qualification, project clearance, sample import/export, local purchase/sales permits, and other investor-facing services). The firm will provide skilled ICT manpower to BEZA for application, infrastructure, security, and DevOps operations; maintain and optimize the underlying hardware, network, and private cloud/Kubernetes infrastructure; ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of the OSS; and continuously strengthen information security, data protection, backup and disaster recovery, audit logging, and compliance controls across all components of the system.
