The work of the package may be totally dropped, decreased or increased as per fieldcondition/design/administrative approval/budget allocation for which no claim will be entertained for cancellation of the tender/Issuance of work order.3. Payment will be made subject to the availability of fund. No claim in this regard will be entertained.4. Continuation of work could not be hampered by the bidder showing the cause of insufficient Budget Provision & Fund Allocation.5.
