Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. All the tenderers/firms must be registered with CPTU through e-GP portal.2. All individual(s)/firm(s)/ who fulfill the qualification(s) criteria as stipulated in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) except the firm that has been determined to be ineligible by BWDB or any other government organization.Special Instruction:1. The work may be totally dropped, decreased or increased. No claim or extra rate will be entertained for cancellation of the tender or issuance of work order with decreased quantity of work.2. The Tenderers will visit and examine the Site with his own responsibility and expenses and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the Tender and entering into a Contract for performance of the works.3. Tenderers must submit all requisite documents mentioned in tender data sheet. Failing to comply with the requirements, the tender will be summarily rejected.4. Liquid asset certificate must be submitted in the prescribed format attached in section 7 (General Specification).7. Tender security must be payable through e-GP system only in the form of Pay Order/Bank Draft/BG from any schedule bank of Bangladesh in favour of Executive Engineer, Rangamati WD Division, BWDB, Kaptai.8. As the Tender is invited but the work order will be issued after getting clearence from the competent authority.9. In case of any confusion Last Updated PPR will be followed.10. The Procuring Entity reserves the right to accept or reject the tenders if occurs any unavoidable situation.
