Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Contractors who are registered on e-GP web-portal and fulfill the qualification criteria stated in the tender document.b) Any individual (s) firm who fulfill the qualifications of the criteria stipulated in the tender data sheet (TDS) and other conditions ofthe Tender Document for Open Tendering Method (OTM).c) If the quoted amount by tenderer more than the 10% above or less than the 10% below than the official estimated cost, thesubmitted tender will be treated as non-responsive.d) The Provisions laid down in the "Public Procurement Regulation 2008 " for procurement of works will be binding upon thecontractors.e) Payment will be made subject to the availability of fund.
