  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1) Valid Trade Licence, TIN number, VAT Registration, Nationality, & Business address, Declaration about legal capacity to enter in to the contract.2) Work plan, Statement of work method, Equipment & Personnel.Special Instruction: (Please Read)1) Tenderers must provide a methodology for sand sourcing and transportation for geo-bag filling, as required under TDS Clause 30.1.2) The work of the package may be totally dropped, decreased or increased as per field condition/design for which no claim will be entertained for cancellation of the tender/insurance of work order.3) Work order will be issued after obtaining budget allocation & prior approval from the competent authority of BWDB.4) Payment will be made subject to the availability of fund. No claim in this regard will be entertained.5) Continuation of work could not be hampered for the reason of insufficient Budget Provision & Fund Allocation.
