Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Tenderer must has to be registered on e-GP Portal with a valid tradelicense, TIN certificate.2. Tenderer only from Bangladesh can participate to the tender.3. Tenderer must need to submit similar nature work certificate, annualconstruction turnover certificate and liquid assets certificate.4. Payment shall be made subject to budget allocation and availability of fund but the work must be continued and proportionate progress must be achieved.5. Any individual Tender (s)/firm (s) who fulfill the qualification (s) criteriastipulated in the Standard Tender Document including Tender data sheet andPPR-2008.6. Tenderer must need to be submitted line of credit certificate in PW3-7prescribed format which is attached n the general section of this tender.7. Tender evaluation will be conducted by the basis of uploaded documents oftenderer. Outside or offline documents will not being considered.8.
