  Bangladesh Bridge Authority ("Lessor" or the "Client") intends to engage an Operator ("Lessee") following a Lease agreement Model on yearly rental basis for the Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of Service Area-02, developed in connection with construction of Padma Bridge, Janjira, Shariatpur. It includes but not limited to:, VIP Duplex Cottages (30 Nos), Motel Mess (40 Units), Banquets Hall, office space and conference facilities, Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi, Kids Pool, Steam Bath (Female & Male), Sauna Room (Female & Male). Basketball Court, Tennis Court, indoor games, Generator & Substation Building. Mosque, Health Center, Water Treatment plant (01 Nos), walkway, internal roads, landscaping & Grassing, drainage facilities and other related facilities constructed over an area of 53.75 acres landService Area-2 facilities is situated on the Janjira side in Shariatpur district, lies adjacent to the Padma River and is strategically positioned near the southern approach of the Padma Multipurpose Bridge. The area is bordered by the riverbank of the Padma to the west, with low-lying floodplain areas to the north and south. On the eastern side, it connects directly to the service road leading to the bridge and the regional highway network, ensuring easy accessibility for travelers.All the Structures are constructed with interior works, well furnished with Furniture, Furnishing items, Air conditioning, Refrigerator, Microwave Oven, TV, kitchen utensils, dish, internet and all others necessary items.
