Bank solvency certificate issued by any scheduled bank.06. Tender Evaluation will be made on Total lowest Price basis.07. Price quotation should contain Bag Filter for Filter bag.08. Brand & origin of the quoted items must be mentioned clearly in the technical offer.09. Terms and conditions: a) The bidder must submit a copy of purchase order of supplying filter bag to any rock phosphate user department/ phosphoric acid manufacturing company (Government/Semi- government/Autonomous) and a successful work completion certificate of the same purchase order. b) The contractor must provide a warranty certificate for 6 (six) months following the supply of filter bags. If any defects arise within this period, the contractor must rectify them at their own expense. c) A 10% retention amount of the total bill will be withheld for the warranty period of 6 months. This amount will be refunded without interest after the said warranty period. d) A random sample of 132 units will be taken from the total filter bags supplied for testing and quality assurance. Quality certificate will be given after successful operation of the randomly collected filter bags in the Ball Mill of TSPCL.10. Detailed as per TDS.
