Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Tenderer must be registered in the e-GP portal through CPTU along with valid and updated Trade License, Vat Registration and TIN certificate. All individuals,firms who fulfill the qualifications, criteria stipulated in the tender data sheet(TDS) except the firm that has been determined to be ineligible by any government organisation.b) Quoted amount of tenderer beyond 10% above/less than official estimated cost will be non- responsive.c) Vat & IT will be deducted as per the prevailing government rate.d) A detailed list of work in hand /ongoing works duly signed by the tenderer must be submitted.e) If any kind of obstacles/structures is needed to dismantle to execute the work as per design and specification the tenderer will do this at his/her own arrangement and cost. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard.f) If BWDB owned/acquired land is not sufficient to execute the work as per design and specification the tenderer will do this at his/her own arrangement and cost.g) Photos and videos must be taken by the contractor from different angles of the work during prework and post-work condition and submit it to the PE before the bill payment. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard.h) All other criteria stated in the tender document.i) Detail turnover calculation sheet and Ongoing work mentioning the name of work, PE name etc. (year wise over the last five years) duly signed by the Tenderer must be submitted with the tender.j) All non-life insurance for any Public Property, or risks or liabilities pertaining to Public Property, shall be taken through Sadharon Bima Corporation in accordance with the Insurance Corporation Act, 2019.k) Payment will be made upon availability of fund. For this no claim will be entertained.
