Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1) The tenderer must have it's own/hire Asphalt batching plant in the jurisdiction of Rajshahi Road Didision and must have the capacity to supply Asphalt within short periods. ( For every condition, a declaration or agreement paper (300 tk. Non Judicial Stamp) will have to be submitted)2) If any bidder submits a quotet rate more than ten percent (10%) less the engineer's estimated cost, he must have to be submitted a rate analysis with a proper verified from source of materials3) The tenderer shall submit the following document and calculation sheet:i)The tenderer shall submit Turn-Over Calculation sheet (Both hard copy and Excel sheet soft copy)ii) Supply Capacity Calculation Sheet ( Both hard copy and Excel Sheet soft copy)iii) On-going works value Calculation ( Both hard copy and Excel Sheet soft copy)iv) Documentary evidence of ongoing works ( Work order/ Notice to Commence and certified Latestbill copy)4) As per TDS & PCC
