Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : All the tenderer must follow the PPR-2008 rules & regulation.The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 3(Three) years of overall experience in supply of Art Card, Art Paper (including 170 gm Art Card, 120 gm Art Paper) & Printing & Binding of The Protirodh. Tenderer shall have well established and famous own/joint/corporate bi-colour offset/rotary press having minimum 2(two) unit offset machines, DTP Pree-Pres Unit, own computer, laser printers & process with plate making & binding machineries with space.The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 02(Two) years of specific experience in printing magazine and supply of similar goods and related services.The minimum supply value of similar goods under a single contract in the last five years is Tk. 24 Lac by the tenderer.The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 29 Lac.Sample of 03 Copies must be submitted to the PE Office as per approved sample on or before the tender opening date and time.The Supplier should either be a manufacturer, producing not less than 16,500 copies per month or would have to furnish a certificate from the manufacturer that his firm-s production is not less than 16,500 copies per month.
