  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Consultant : a) The Tenderer shall be a valid member of the Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) Council. b) The Tenderer shall have a valid ISO 9001:2015 certification for quality management systems specifically covering Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI), testing, and related inspection services. c) Detailed terms, conditions, scope of services, and technical requirements are provided in the Tender Document.
  Brief Description of assignment : The Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) Agent shall be responsible for conducting independent inspection, testing, and verification of gas equipment and materials to be imported by Jalalabad Gas Transmission and Distribution System Ltd. (JGTDSL) from various international sources.The scope of services shall include, but not be limited to, the following:Carrying out pre-shipment inspection at the manufacturer-s premises or designated locations worldwide to verify compliance of goods with contractual specifications, approved drawings, standards, and quality requirements.Witnessing and verifying factory acceptance tests (FAT), laboratory testing, and other quality control procedures as per relevant international standards.Coordinating and facilitating testing of samples at internationally recognized or accredited laboratories, where required.Verifying quantity, quality, workmanship, packing, marking, and documentation of goods prior to shipment.Issuing ...
