  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Consultant : a) The Tenderer shall possess a valid Trade License.b) The Tenderer shall possess a valid Clearing and Forwarding (C&F) License issued by the Chattogram Customs Authority. The Tenderer shall also have licensed personnel, including a Customs Sircar/Supervisor and Jetty Sircar/Supervisor, holding valid licenses/permits issued by the Chattogram Customs and/or Port Authority.c) All other detailed terms and conditions are provided in the Tender Document
  Brief Description of assignment : 1. The Clearing and Forwarding (C&F) Agent shall be responsible for performing all activities at Chattogram Sea Port and related customs authorities in connection with the import of goods on behalf of Jalalabad Gas Transmission and Distribution System Ltd. (JGTDSL).2. The scope of services shall include, but not be limited to, customs clearance of consignments from the concerned customs authorities, handling of all import-related documentation, compliance with applicable customs laws and regulations, and payment/processing of duties, taxes, and other charges as required.3. The C&F Agent shall coordinate with port authorities, customs officials, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and transport agencies to ensure timely clearance, handling, and delivery of goods to the designated locations of JGTDSL.4.
