Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : (a) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management Contractor Shall be 5 (Five) years. Years count backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.(b) Having minimum experience as a prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in the successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of construction work of BDT 40.00 Lakh in a single contract in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last Five (05 ) years. Years count backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.(c) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during best 2 (Two) years in the last 3 (Three) years amounting of Tk. 75.00 (Seventy Five) Lakh.(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk.35.00 (Thirty Five) Lakh.(e)The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 55.00 Lakh.(f) The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate.ii) VAT registration certificate.iii) Up-to-date trade license.
