Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : i)The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Electro-mechanical(E/M) works or Electro-mechanical(E/M) Repair & Maintenance works shall be 5 (Five) years.ii) The minimum specific experience in Similar kind of Lift Installation works or Lift Repair & Maintenance works of BDT 4.5 Lac successfully completed under maximum one (01) contract within the last 5 (Five) years in Government /Semi- Government / Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.iii) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual Construction turn over during last five (05) years Tk 4.5 Lac, Supporting documents is to be submitted with the tender.iv) The minimum liquid asset amounting of BDT 1.5 Lac, supporting documents are to be submitted with the tender. Credit Commitment issued by any scheduled bank should be fully unconditional as per (Form e-PW2A-8) attached with the tender document.
