  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 05(five) years of general experience2. Having experience in successfully completion of operation and Maintenance work of at least 01(one) number lift of MACPAURSA Brand/equivalent brand valued not less than Tk. 3,50,000.00 (Three lac fifty thousand) only in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years.3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 2,70,000.00 (Two lac seventy thousand) only during the last 05(Five) years.4. The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital or credit Line(s) of the tenderer shall be TK. 1,30,000.00 (One lac thirty thousand) Only. submitted in form PW2a-3 otherwise tenderer shall be Non-responsive.5. Upto date Trade License, Income Tax clearance Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate (13 Digit).6. The tenderer shall be the local agent/distributor of the lift (MACPAURSA) Manufacturer and must submit the supporting documents with authorization letter from manufacturer.7. Certificate from the Original Manufacturer ensuring availability of spare parts of the lift (MACPAURSA) for the next 01 (one) year shall be submitted with the Tender.8.
