Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : i) The bidder shall have a minimum of 5 (five) years of general experience in Data Center management/maintenance.ii) The bidder should have experience in successful Data Center management/maintenance of passive components i.e.; PAC, AVR, UPS etc. in at least 3 (three) Commercial Banks/ government/semi-government organizations/Telco in Bangladesh.iii) The bidder must have a dedicated support team with at least 5 (five) technical personnel for maintenance of the existing products with BSC (at least 2) and Diploma in Electrical & Mechanical engineering. Among them, at least one person should have a degree in electrical and at least one in mechanical engineering.iv) The bidder must have CDFOM/CDCS/CDCP etc. Certified Professional in the team.v) The Tenderer must have strong capability to support within 2 hours in the daytime and 4 hours at night after reporting the problem. Interim remedy solutions should be provided while fixing the problem with well-equipped service manned by adequately qualified technical personnel for maintenance and support for the proposed goods.vi) The bidder must possess its own office in Dhaka.N.B.
