Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The tenderer should have valid TIN (Tax Identification Number), Copy of Income Tax payment certificate, VAT Registration and Trade License. Need to submit the up-to-date Certificates. 2. Bidder must have experience of Relevant Services and its related services AMC agreement/successfully completed related project with in last five (05) years.3. The Tenderer must have strong capability to support within 08 (Eight) hours after reporting of the problem. Interim remedy solution should be provided with well-equipped service manned by adequately qualified technical personnel for maintenance and support for the proposed goods and related services. The Bidder must provide a commitment letter in their letter head pad. 4. Bank solvency certificate (mentioning the amount) from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh.5. List of service center(s) of the tenderer, their addresses and telephone numbers.
