Eligibility of Tenderer : This invitation for Tenders is open to all eligible Tenderers;a) Reputed Firm/organization/authorized agent who have min. 03 years of general experience inconstruction worksb) Having experience in successful completion of at least 1 no. of similar construction work of amountingto Tk.10.00 lac only in a single contract in last 5 years.c) The Tenderer must process:i) Up to date valid Trade license, up to date income tax clearance certificate from NBR & Valid VATregistration certificate from NBRd) The Tenderer shall have a minimum annual average construction turnover in the last 5 (five) years ofTk.14.00 lac only. Necessary supporting documents (Detailed payment certificate) should be issued by notbelow the rank of Executive Engineer of the concern department and shall be submitted with the tender.e) The minimum amount of liquid assets of the successful Tenderer shall be of Tk.10.00 lac only to beissued in Letter of commitment for Bank-s Undertaking for line of credit in the format as specified (Forme-PW2a-3)f) Tender capacity Tk.10.00 lac only.g) All other terms and conditions are shown in the TDS of the Tender Documents.
