Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 01 (One) number of Construction/Similar work completed within the last 05 years with a value of at least Tk. 7.50 (Seven point Five Zero) Lac under a single contract with Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.c) The required average annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk. 10.00 (Ten) Lac over the last 03 years (counted from the date of IFT) in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.d) The minimum Amount of free fund (liquid assets) i.e. working capitals or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 10.25 (Ten Point Two Five) Lac. Document of Liquid Assets to be submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be in the form of letter of commitment of Bank for line of credit to the Tenderer in favor of the work in PW3-7 form, otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected.
