  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderers shall have to submit the following:1) Up-to-date valid Trade License.2) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance Certificate (2024-2025) from the NBR with TIN.3) Up-to-date BIN Registration Certificate from the NBR.4) Up-to-date valid ABC/BC/C Electrical Contractor License obtained from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board.5) Electrical Supervisory License obtained from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board (Must be submitted seperately).6) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 years.7) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01 No contract(s) of similar nature of work [i.e. AC related works] successfully completed within the last 03 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 10 Lac.8) The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 10 Lac over the last 03 financial years or best 03 years in the last 05 financial years.9) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 10 Lac.10) The minimum capacity shall be: 10 Lac.
