Project Name : Strengthening of Department of Agricultural Marketing Project
Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : As per TDS and the following criteria:1) The minimum years of General experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Electronic Appliances and related services as Supplier shall be 5 (five) years.2) The minimum Specific experience as a Supplier in the Supply of Air-Conditioner (AC) of at least 2 contracts (s) successfully completed within the last 3 years, each with a value of at least BDT 30 (Thirty Lac) Only.3) Updated Valid Trade License.4) Income Tax Certificate.5) Vat Registration Certificate.6) Authorization letter from the manufacturer for distributor/supplier must be submitted with tender documents.7) The Supplier must be submitted an Authorization letter of the Distributor7) ISO Certificate.8) Original Catalogue and Brochure.9) The Supplier should have established an office keeping its own office staff.10) The Supplier must be submitted their Audited Financial Statement for the latest two (2021, 2020) years.
