Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Tenderer shall have minimum 5 (five) year of general experience in building Construction and repair works (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system).2.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in Works of at least 1 (one) contract(s) successfully completed in Government/ semi government/ autonomous organizations within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 11,00,000.00 (Eleven Lakh) only.(time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system).3. The required average annual construction turns over must be greater than Tk. 13,00,000.00 (Thirteen Lakh) only during last 5(five) years. Necessary supporting documents shall be submitted with the tender. Any estimated cost or contract value will not be considered to calculate Average Annual Construction Turnover.
