Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Eligibility of Tenderer will be judged "PPA - 2006 & PPR - 2008 including latest all amendment" and STD & CPTU Guideline will be followed.Please deeply follow all of the guidelines and instruction which prescribed in the TDS and ITT. If violate any of the rules, guidlines and instruction, your tender will be rejected without showing any causes.Tenderer must be registered in the e-GP portal through CPTU along with valid and updated Trade License, VAT Registration and TIN certificate.It is the duty of contractor to submit all the documents freshly (without corrupted). If any documents get corrupted and evaluation committee could not be able to open the file, no claim from the tenderer will be entertained regarding the file.VAT & IT will be deducted as per the prevailing government rate. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard.Tender evaluation will be done following Standard Tender Documents.If any kind of obstacles/structures is needed to dismantle to execute the work as per design and specification the tenderer will do this at his/her own arrangement and cost. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard.Tenderer must maintain all of the safty at work site.Quantity and quality of work will be checked by the authority.Photo and video must have to be taken by the contractor at a different angle during pre-work and post-work measurement and submitted to the PE. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard.All other criteria stated in the tender document.Payment will be made upon availability of budget/fundIf the quoted rate is differed excessivly from market price, tenderer must submit the analysis of rates & justification.
