Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Eligibility of Tenderer will be judged as per PPA-2006, PPR-2008 TDS, ITT, LGCRRP Project Instruction & Guidelines.Please deeply follow all of the guidelines and instruction which prescribed in the TDS and ITT. If violate any of the rules, guidlines and instruction, your tender will be rejected without showing any causes.Tenderer must be registered in the e-GP portal through BPPA along with valid and updated Trade License, VAT Registration and TIN certificate.It is the duty of contractor to submit all the documents freshly (without corrupted).
