Eligibility of Tenderer : 01. A satisfactory completion of similar nature of works at least Tk. 4,50,000.00 (Taka four lakh fifty thousand) only under a single contract over the last three (03) years shall be required02. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than at least Tk. 9,00,000.00 (Taka nine lakh ) only over the last three (03) years .03. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 4,50,000.00 (Taka four lakh fifty thousand) only which shall be supported by bank statement and the statement will not before tender publication date in the e-GP portal. Tenderer those who will submit credit facilities from the bank, they should submit Letter of Commitment for Bank-s Undertaking for line of Credit (Form ePW2a-3)04. The Tenderer must have valid Electrical Contractors License (ABC) with Electrical Supervisory License.05. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP.06. The Tenderers up to date contact information must be same in all submitted documents.07. The Tenderers must have valid and up to date VAT, Bank Solvency certificate & three years Audit Report.08. The Tenderer must have submit TIN Certificate with Return Submission Document .09. All other Terms & conditions will be available in the Tender document.Note :01. Tenderer who will be quoted rate less then 10% or above 10% of the official cost estimate must be rejected as per PPA Amendment gadget 2016
