Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : (a) General experience :-Reputed Contractors/ Construction Firms who have minimum 05 (Five) years of general experience in repair/renovation/construction works of RCC Residential/Non Residential Buidling, roads, boundary wall, drain etc.(b) Specific experience:-A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 10.50 (Ten point five zero) Lac under 01 (One) no. of contract(s) over a period of 05 (Five) years shall be required.(c) Minimum average annual construction turn over :-The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 12.00 (Twelve ) Lac over the last 05 (Five) years. Only Payment certificate issued by competent authority shall be accepted as proof of turnover.(d) Tender capacity: -The minimum capacity shall be: 11.20 (Eleven point two zero) Lac.(e) Liquid asset requirement: -The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 7.50 (Seven point five zero) Lac.(f) All other qualification criteria will be as per TDS and ITT included in this tender.
Brief Description of Works : A) Installation of water purifier or reverse osmosis water purifier machine with other related ancillary work for renewal water supply line for providing drinking water on each floor of Sharif Mohammad hall of Institute of Health Technology , Mohakhali, Dhaka. B) Repair work to stop water leakage from roof, renewal of internal & external damaged plaster including repair & renwal work of doors & windows, plastic painting on internal side & weather coating on external side, replacement of perforated sanitary pipe & fittings fixture and repair work of sewerage line of 04 unit diver's quarter of Institute of Health Technology , Mohakhali, Dhaka.
