Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : his invitation for Tender is open for all eligible reputed contractors who have the following eligibility criteria:a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be Last 5(Five) years.b) The minimum specific experience in similar works (RCC Drain Work ) of at least 01 contract successfully completed under Public Sector within last the 05 years with a value of Tk. 35.00 Lac. The above experience / work completion certificate in a prescribed Form A (attached here with) shall have to be submitted.c) The required Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk. 80.00 Lac within the last 5 years.d) The minimum amount of Liquid Asset as Credit facilities or Bank Statement of the Tenderer shall be Tk.14.80 Lac.e The Tenderer must have Income Tax clearance Certificate from the NBR with TIN, VAT Registration Certificate from the NBR, Valid Trade License and Authorization Letter.f) JVCA is Applicable in this Tender.All other required qualifications, special items & conditions of the tender are shown in the ITT, GCC, & Tender Data Sheet (TDS) & Tender DocumentsNB: Bills Will Be Paid Subject to Receipt of Money.
